The service
Tierforge is a free tier-list maker. There is no account to create, nothing to buy, and no payment of any kind. Everything you do — choosing a theme, typing custom items, dragging chips into tiers, and rendering a PNG tier card — happens entirely in your browser on your own device. Tierforge stores and transmits nothing about your tier list; there is no backend or database that receives it.
Provided “as is”
Tierforge is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the tool will be error-free or that any particular feature will keep working.
Your content
You are solely responsible for any text or emoji you type into Tierforge and for the PNG tier cards you export and share. Because the app runs entirely in your browser and sends us nothing, we do not see, host, moderate, or store your tier lists or the images you create from them — and we are not responsible for how you use or distribute them. Do not use Tierforge to create or share content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Availability
We do not guarantee that Tierforge will be available, uninterrupted, or accessible at any particular time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the tool, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the AI Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising out of or relating to your use of Tierforge. Because the tool is free and keeps your work only in your own browser, you are responsible for saving any exported card you wish to keep.
